In 2010 I started a data entry assignment at Oxford Immunotec through a temp agency. I was immediately drawn to the fast pace of the company, its patient focused approach, and the camaraderie among employees. Several weeks later, I applied for a full time position and began my career. Over the past ten years I have had the opportunity to grow professionally, learn new skill sets, and challenge myself in ways I never thought possible. Working for an organization that recognizes hard work and encourages employee development has made my career personally fulfilling, but it’s our company’s positive impact on global health that has made working for Oxford Immunotec so profoundly rewarding.
