"I joined the company in 2006 as a Development Technician and became a Production Manager in 2009. From the beginning, I was given a significant amount of responsibility and as the company grew, I was often responsible for solving new problems and faced a number of challenges. Following my maternity leave in 2012, I was able to return on a part time basis into the new role of Logistics Manager. I am currently the Global Supply Chain Manager and have direct reports in our Memphis facility and within the production team in the UK.
